Time frame

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Items must be in original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
